What personal data we collect and why we collect it

If you choose to sign up for my newsletter or enter sponsored contests, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing information, reaching you, marketing my products and services to you (including via Facebook lead ads and other advertisements), and updating subscribers/contestants only. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information collected via Google Drive, Survey, Docs, or Sheets will be deleted once the contest winner(s) has/have been contacted. If you enter a contest managed via this website, you will not be added to a mailing list unless you opt in.

To deliver newsletters and author-related messages, I may require you to provide me with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email address. The information that I collect will be used to contact or identify you. My mailing list is not shared with or sold to third parties such as other authors, my publicist, my publishers, or agents.

Newsletters

On this Website, you may subscribe to various newsletters, which may be used for advertising purposes. Doing so also expressly grants me the right to market to you via email marketing as well as advertisements such as Facebook Lead Ads. Email newsletters may contain tracking pixels. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
